What to include when contacting sales
If you're scoping a paid deployment, the questions that move the conversation along quickly: how many employees, which compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.) need evidence support, whether you need SMS phishing or voice phishing coverage in addition to email, what email environment you run (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and any timeline anchored to a renewal or audit window. We can usually scope a deployment and quote pricing within the first call.
